The Buyer is the person or company that gives billing details before paying. The Buyer’s name or company name, address, email and phone are taken from those details and shown on the invoice.

LyngL is offered for commercial and professional use only, not to consumers within the meaning of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. By paying, you confirm that you buy for your business or profession.

• Plans (Pro): monthly or yearly subscriptions that give a workspace the limits and the monthly credits shown on the pricing page. Enterprise plans are agreed with us in writing.
• Credit packs: credits added on top of a workspace’s plan. They don’t expire, can’t be exchanged for money and stay with the workspace they were bought for.

Prices and their currency are shown on the pricing page and on the plan page before you pay. Payments are made by card through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a licensed payment institution: card details are entered on iyzico’s page and never reach LyngL. Prices in Turkish lira include VAT (KDV). We issue an invoice to the billing details you give; applicable taxes are shown on it.

The agreement is made when the Buyer confirms the payment on the payment page. The plan or pack, its price and its currency are shown before paying. The current text of this agreement can always be read on this page.

Plans and credits are delivered electronically. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the plan starts or the credits are added to the workspace, and you use them from your account. Nothing is shipped.

A plan renews at the end of the period you chose (a month or a year) and the card is charged automatically until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, the plan stays for three days; if it isn’t paid by then, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Credits you bought are kept.

You can cancel a plan at any time from Settings → Plan. Renewal stops, the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. Cancelling doesn’t delete your workspace or its data.

LyngL is sold for commercial and professional use only, so the consumer right of withdrawal under Law No. 6502 does not apply. Plans and credits are also services performed electronically at once. Refunds are explained in the Delivery, Cancellation and Refunds.

We may change prices. A new price applies to a subscription from the first renewal after we tell you, never to a period you have already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction. Questions about payments: info@lyngl.com.
