Questions
- What does the Free plan include?
- One project, 10 AI employees and 500 credits a month, running on economical AI models. When the credits run out, the work waits for next month’s credits or for a subscription.
- What is a credit?
- A unit of included usage, not money. Agent credits cover your employees' AI work; media credits cover images and video. During early access we're calibrating what a credit covers against real usage.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes. Pro costs $3,990 a year instead of $399.90 a month: two months free. On top, 10,000 credits every month on us.
- Can I use my own AI provider keys?
- On Enterprise, yes: your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini keys, billed to you by the provider. On Free and Pro the AI work runs on LyngL’s infrastructure and is paid from your plan’s credits; you can add credit packs any time.
- Does LyngL take a cut of my ad spend?
- No. You set a weekly maximum, and it's a ceiling, not a target: your team may spend less. The money never passes through LyngL.
- How do I move to a paid plan?
- Sign in and open Settings → Plan: subscribe monthly or yearly, or buy a credit pack. Payments are taken by iyzico; cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
